Adri Loves musical journey took off when she was a kid, belting out songs about butterflies and flowers from a chair while her mom cooked dinner. As a teenager, she was all about singing her favorite from artists like Alicia Keys and Lauryn Hill in her bedroom. By 19, she picked up a guitar, and by 23, she was writing her own tunes! After moving to Vancouver, BC, to study Audio, she met some awesome musicians and dove into the worlds of blues, soul, and R&B, which helped her create her sound—a cool mix of alternative folk, soul, and R&B. In 2014, teamed up with guitarist Will Lloyd to start MudFunk, and they had a great run until 2019, all thanks to her love for soul music. Adri's songwriting journey began as the main lyricist and lead vocalist for MudFunk from 2015-2019. With years of experience under her belt, she now embarks on this project where she is the sole songwriter and composer, creating musical pieces that promise to take you on an unforgettable journey.
